ok guys, cooling ddr vid mem how to go about it , and the possible gains ? will cooling the ram down real low help improve performance (will it help increase Mhz ? ) do heatsinks on ram realy worck? or would increased air flow over the ram be suficient, also liquid cooling ram is this possible ? does any one use pressurised gass cooling systems ? and do I ask to many questions :) ohh btw i have access to cooling systems design team and plant, they are interested I just gota keep buying them beer :)

Wow, you ask a lot of questions :).
Yes, adding cooling to the RAM helps. Is it worth the time or parts for you to add it yourself? Probably not, but I've learned not to waste my time talking people out of things they've already decided.
My personal feeling is that air flow needs to be addressed first, as case temps get high it doesn't matter what air cooling you add, it won't help until you get the temps down (hot air doesn't cool components, period.
I'm interested to hear what others have to say about the second half of your post so I'm gonna stop there.
