tons of websites wont show pics with NIS enabled

for a while now i have been having this problem, but never really thought about it. is there anway i can fix this? because my dads computer does the same thing, and i am about to format his hdd and start over.

any setting or rule in norton internet security that i should change?

and it's just the pictures its blocking. That's strange. Try shutting off Ad Blocking. That would be the only setting that I could think of that might cause it. Did you try disabling the firewall and going to a site were pictures were not showing up and seeing if they do?

the pics show up if i disable NIS....which is the part i dont get. i cant find any part of the settings that would change this
