SATA

I have had alot of problems lately with my system, and have had to re-install windows several times. I have had to Install the HD on EIDE, get windows running, then install the SATA drivers.

During windows XP installation, you should get an option to hit F6 to install the SATA drivers. I have been able to get this to work sometimes, and other times I had to go the EIDE to SATA route.

Good Luck, maybe someone else can give you better information!
