Heat!!!

I have an an MSI K7N2 Delta-L running a 2600XP O/C to 200/2200 with 1.75v. with the Award bios. When I look in the bios the Temps of the cpu and system are 10c (45c and 58c)higher than in the software (MSI's own pc alert) The temps in software run 37c for the cpu and 47c for the system. So far it runs like a champ.. Do i need to be concerned??

I have a 3rd fan in the case but it only has the 2 prong jumper style connection and I have nothing to plug it into on the MB.. Any suggestions??

speedfans better as temp 2 on it and the bios agree at least
