Water cooling project over the weekend Phase 2

Sup bro's, I'm now on the testing phase for about 11 hours now.
Everything looks good, just running mineral free without any additive solution yet “ran out” but I ordered some swiftech HydroX.
My question for anyone out here is

1. I saw that bubble get suck in because of the air on top of the tank, I did filled it up close to the top. Can I fill the tank entirely “air free” or not?
2. Adding some additive like the HydroX from swiftech, will it make the water content a little bit more heavier so bubble will not form?

additives CAN have a de-foaming effect, i havent tried what your getting, so i cant say for sure.

as for the "air free" res, go for it! its fine to do (not EASY, but fine)

My hydroX still foams, but not for long. After an hour the foam is out of the system, and after 24hours everything is crystal clear.
