whats a good mem timing for abit mobo NF7-S rv2 mobo?

i have
barton 2500
2x256 cosair 3200
R9800 pro
NF7-S rv2 mobo
80gb of wd

and when i overclock it doesnt show the type of cpu it is, instead only shows the GHz. anyway to fix that?
 
I have pretty much the saem setup as you, do you have good cooling? if so I can do
11*222 2.025 Volts
with timings of 11,3,3,2 2.6 volts


I tried relaxing my timings and upping the volts but just get errors, each system is completly diff you may do better or worse, the best thing to do is to start with your ram try and get 11,2,2,2 if you can and go up with the MHz untill you get errors with memtest then work on your processor it is ALOT of trial and error in it so just keep trying and see what works best for your system.. oh and there is no way to fix that PR number ot Mhz if the chip does not exsist yet lol
