How to flash bios?

Hi ive never flashed my bios. can anyone give me a link on how to flash the d23 subzero bios. I know i create a startup disk and put the files from the zip but what do i type in first in dos?

Once at the A: prompt type "runme" without the ""

then just follow what it asks and press enter.. mostly it just asks if your sure you wana flash..

You can also use the abit flash menu.. I think most people that use that use ver1.20 .. Personally I prefer to use the dos method but it just comes done to personal preference.. both will do the job tho..

Make sure you clear the cmos also..

or you can download the file, and use Abit's Flash Menu program (in widows) to flash the bios. I've done it both ways, and prefer flash menu. You can download it from Abit's website -

I've used the Abit Flash Menu many times and they've all been successful. I've read horror stories about corruption when using this but I've never experiencedx it. No way I'm doing it in DOS when I can do it in windows in an easier way
