Best ram for about 350 CANADIAN?

Most of my shopping is done at canada computers and I finally have the means to replace my pc2100.

the ram I have now is kingston value, and has gotten me to 227 at 3:2 stable (2.5-3-3-6). What do you guys think would be my best bang for the buck. I'm sure my cpu (3.0c sl6wk) has much more than 3.45 in it.

Its going into an IC-7 just so ya'll know.

If you don't mind some slow timings 3-4-4-8, Memory Express have some Kingston hyperx PC3700 1gb kit for $319. I don't know if it is still at that price though.
