The Swiftech MC-forgot the model number--that costs about $80 is considered the best, AFAIK. For a more reasonable price, the Thermalright SK-6 HS with a Delta 38 is about the best. For cheap, you can't beat the Vantec FCE-62540D, with a Delta 38 on it, naturally. The Vantec is also easy to install and uninstall. That's a big plus.
Additionally, a T-Bird requires 100 cfm through the case.

I have a 1.4G Tbird and use Millenium Glaciator. Temps on my Iwill KK266R never go over 41-43C at load. I'd recommend it to anyone with a fast Tbird. This is a very heavy heatsink!
