Hi.
I currently have latest Abit NF7 BIOS ,though wondering is there any better options available, perhaps a link to explain things?

Runner30, sorry but this doesn't belong in AMD CPUs, but in AMD motherboards, Abit. I notified a mod to move it there for you.

I just realized that the link you gave me contains the same BIOS that the official Abit site contains ( update from 24.3.04).
Could it be?
