I'm making a plastic water block and i want to know how much condensation will build up. I plan to use chilled water on my Duron 800. Is condensation a big concern?

definately! There is no doubt that any material used will make a difference in the amount of condensation. If you have 1 drop of water, your outta bizness.

Any time you cool below room temp there is a chance for condensation to build up. The rule is better safe than sorry when using water a pelt or the like. Seal her up and then there will be no worrys. If you need info on how to seal you chip check out the front page.
