KINGSTON HYPERX PC2700 512MB CAS2 2-2-5, BH-5 or BH-6?

I cant seem to decide which ram to get, cant help but look for a deal on bh-5 or bh-6. Could this be it seeing as it is rated 2-2-2-5?

One more question... is pc3500 bh-5 better then pc2700 with bh-5 or are they the same thing?

BH-5 is BH-5.

You will not be able to tell what the chips are with out looking.

Its very hard to find BH-5 new, and BH-6 is getting hard to find too.

I was also looking at TWINX1024-2700LLPT, the 2700LL's are bh-6 if the link below is correct. If so how high might i get the FSB with a 2500 Mobile and a Ultra Infinity with the multiplier at about 11 or 12 while keeping lower timings? Sorry i am new at this
