Finally took my 2x256 OCz 3500 EL out of my DFI LP revA where it would not go stable above 208MHz with slack timings 2-4-2-4-11, and put them in my DFI UI. Well......they just primed for 8 hours (so far) at 235MHz 2-2-2-2-11. Had to up the vdimm from 2.9V to 3.0V to get stable. It was stable @ 230MHz 2-2-2-2-11 @ 2.9V though. Does this mean they're BH-5 chips?? They're not yet old enough for me to justify take off the sticker for a look. Please post info anyone has on running tight timings on non bh5 chips @ 230MHz or above on 3.0V or less. I bought them in January in Canada.
