Just how important are timings?

Sorry for the annoying question.
But I just want to know, just how important are the timings?
I can run 2 @200 2.5@207 3@225
Whats best?

CAS Latency is the most important timing and will have impact on real world performance. The others, well, are more important for hardcore benchmarkers. I'm pretty sure running CAS 2 @ 200MHz will trump the other two settings but bench them and see for sure.
