I think vCore is really the primary concern. Although I don't know the answer to your question. I always thought it was a fairly insignificant thing.

Increased Clockspeed is what raises the temps, doesnt matter how you get there if its thru FSB or Multiplier.

the fbs increases temps in more than 1 area where as oure clock doesnt

CPU speed changes cpu temperature, FSB speed changes northbridge, ram, soughbridge, and generally anything else on the motherboard.
