I think this is HSF you're thinking about, the Millennium Glaciator.
There's a good review here at Overclockers.com; it includes the web page address. Be sure to look at some of the various threads about this HSF before you buy. There's lots to consider.

I'd like you to post this in our Classified Ads, if you could. We really don't allow posts like this in the forums (forum policy prohibits posting of items for sale in the forums). I have the same mobo, and it *does* fit...barely. I just had to push it right up on that capacitor that's in the way. It's a pain, but you can get it on there. Just thought I'd let you know.
