I think this is HSF you're thinking about, the Millennium Glaciator.
There's a good review here at Overclockers.com; it includes the web page address. Be sure to look at some of the various threads about this HSF before you buy. There's lots to consider.

I have the same mobo, and it *does* fit...barely. I just had to push it right up on that capacitor that's in the way. It's a pain, but you can get it on there. Just thought I'd let you know.
