ok i have a new iwll kk266, and 2 1.2 axias C version and they are 9's also.
they wont let me do anything with em ,for example: in the bios i can play with multiplyer settings and fsb but after i save settings and reboot they go backwards to 1123mhz no matter what i do....they are all brand new and i peeled the warranty void stcker to make sure that the L1's are closed and they are. what can it be?????????????????????????????????
im out of ideas. ive tried one at a time, increment by increment but nothing works, is it a motherboard issue or cpu?
i know alot of question im asking at once but i puttem to rule out more ideas ........thanks

I would try to unlock the bridges anyway cause it is real hard to see. I would also try to power cycle your power-supply after you attempt an overclock just to see that you do not have the famous MSI problem with it reading wrong after you change the multiplier. This means to power down completely after you change the multiplier and power back up.
