Increase voltage or get a better PSU if it is what you call it in your sig.

The fsp350-60bn is on its way. I just wanted to try to diagnose the problem.

If you mean the meaning of errors, usually the point of testing is to see if you get errors or not thus testing the stability. The meaning of errors themselves is not as important.

In short, one battery of test is completely stable but the other is not. Which one should I base my my stability off of?

Do this overnight: Double click on PRIME95.EXE to start the program.
Just Stress Testing (if prompted) > OK >
Go to Advanced section, set the password to 9876 and then set Priority to 10. (You won't be able to use your computer while Priority 10 Prime95 Torture Test is running, but it'll confirm your system stability.)
Options > Torture Test > Blend (if prompted) > OK
Also test your system using memtest86.
http://www.memtest86.com/
Memtest86 cannot be executed under Windows.
It needs to be loaded from a floppy disk.
Double click on install.bat to make a bootable Memtest86 floppy disk.
Note that after the boot floppy has been created you will not be able to read the floppy from Windows. This is normal.
Use 3DMark to test video card stability.

If you're doing a torture test of any type and get errors then your computer isn't doing arithematic correctly. The torture tests are based on known solutions. The problem could be either the RAM or CPU. The solution is typically more voltage or less speed.
