msgina.dll problem

Im havig problems with the msgina.dll. I am unable to activate fast user switching or activate te guest account in XP Pro, and the error i get is that there's a program preventing it from working and it gives me msgina.dll as that program. when i first log on, it doesnt give me the normal XP logon screen, it gives a blue box on a black background, like win2k or something...anyone know what could be causing this or how I can fix it?

This feature is always available if you are not using a third-party product that replaces the Microsoft Graphical Identification and Authentication file (Msgina.dll).

Have you installed a custom login screen, or another similar mod?

yeah, I nsatalled a program called LogonUIBootRandomizer, but the boot screens dont work for some reason
