I have a Athlon 1200mhz and I might do some over clocking!!!
I am trying to decide between the Millennium Glaciator or the
Thermalright SK-6 Copper Cooler w/Delta 38. I am kinda heading towards the Glaciator because i dont feel like getting my fingers chopped off by my computer but i also heard that the glaciator is heavy and could pop off and my cpu would over heat.
I would avoid the delta 38cfm fan and replace it with a 80mm quiet fan with an adapter that also pushes around 38cfm. At http://1coolpc.com/home/ There's a MightyMachine, the thermalright sk-6 w/80mm fan. check it out.

I would recommend the Glaciator, even though the SK-6 runs slightly better. I say this because the SK-6 has clips for its fan, it only supports two types and causes vibrations. The glaciator leaves room for upgrading the fan when something better than the Delta 38cfm arrives.
Also you might want to do what I have done. I have a ThermoSonic Engine with AS and a 80mm-60mm convertor. I have a 80mm 68cfm Delta Screamer running. FAR better than the ordinary 38cfm fan. If you do get a convertor beware what convertor you get. Mine is quite steep meaning i dont get to much air backpush.

Good Cooling = Noisy
(Watercooling is an exceptional)
I would recomend the taisol with delta 38, it comes with 3 clips so no worry of it poppin off. plus when tomshardware page tested it, the swiftec 462 "with 53cfm" only beat it by 2 degrees.
I have it on my cpu now.
I have a 1.2 and before I started cutting away I would get around 46C full load, and after lapping 41C.
its awesome plus its only $35
