i ran prime for 15 hours with the room closed off and no vetelation. i idel at 36C and max load after 15 hours 57C

i have the mcx400 with a tornado on it.

Usually if your under 60C with a reasonable vcore your ok. But just to be safe I won't run a system with over 55C load. Have you tried lowering vcore?

Yeah, why do you have the vcore cranked up that much for only 3.13 gig? It's a tad warm for having a Swiftech heatsink. Maybe you need better case ventilation?

my cpu wont run this high unless it has this many volts. the board is undervolting some i think thats why. it hits 1.62 and its 1.60 under load.

i had the sides off the case during the 15 hour prime run, but i was also sleepin in the same room with the window closed and the sun beating down on the window till about noon.

its always raelly hot in my room when i wake up.

what is the max volts that would be safe going up to?

im at 260/208 FSB and i know my ram can take more but im not sure if the cpu can.
