is dual channel memory good for MSI K7D?

is dual channel memory such as "OCZ Enhanced Latency Series Dual Channel Kit 184 Pin 1GB(512MBx2) ECC Registered DDR PC-3200 " good for MSI K7D motherboard?

its ecc memory. its slower than non-registered memory and more expensive (though good for servers because it's less prone to random errors) i dont know whether it would work or not. probably it would, but theres not much point in buying it unless you're running an a64 socket 940 board
