A few things:

Have you modded your FX 5900 to an FX 5950 Ultra yet? Or have you considered selling/RMA'ing it for a 9800 Pro/XT?

Have you considered selling/RMA'ing your CPU and getting a mobile 2500+? Those things OC like crazy, some reaching 2.8 and beyond GHz. Though you should be able to get a farily decent OC out of your 3200+.

What PSU do you have? [Brand and wattage]

Enermax EG651P-VE FMA 550 Watt ATX Power Supply

How would I mod an FX 5900 to an FX 5950 Ultra ?

and i'd never trade it for 9800 Pro/XT bad experiances with Radon
say no more grrrrrr

hehe :p

I think theres some info on that int eh nVidia section (under Video & Sound Systems). I'm not too up to speed on nVidia overclocking (the only nVidia product I've ever owned is the nForce chipset on my mobo).
