buffalo pc3200 reads as pc2700

I am running a pair of 512 buffalo pc3200 (DDR400)
on a P4C800 Deluxe w/ 2.4c.
Why does Sandra and cpuz "see" it as pc2700? everything is running "stock"................ any clues?

cause thats probably the way the spd chip is programmed on the module. my pc4000 comes up as pc3200, i could care less cause it overcloks REAL well
