Quick question here. :D
Should my case fan in the rear of the computer (it is right below the power source) be blowing out or in? What do you fine people recommend? :)
And also, there is space for an 80mm fan in the front of my comp at the very bottom, but there is no hole in front there... am I going to have to cut a hole in the front then?

If only have one hole right now, below the Pwr supply, then I would suggest you set the fan blowing out of the case. A "good" setup is to have at least one fan bringing fresh air in and one blowing hot air out.
If you want to add a fresh air fan at the lower-front of the case, sounds like you might need to break out a dremel. Good luck!

Go ahead an break out that dremel an cut that hole in the front. It'll realy be worth it if you want to drop your temp.s at all. You should try an put a duct too in the front to shoot the air toward the cpu.
HECK!!! while ur at it cut a hole in the top for a blow hole. You can never have too many fans in your case. lmao

I have a fan sucking in air at the lower part of the case and the Psu sucks the air out of the case.....
I got 4 fans, 2 80mm fans, one at the bottom front, and that brings in cold air from the front, and the bottom, and then, another 80mm fan blowing out at the back, this creates a steady airflow, i have them the 2 usual fans, one on the CPU which does the usual, and then one on my PSU which helps with the circulation as it draws it in from the reverse and spitts it out into the computer, which is immediatly taken out of the comp by my exhaust fan! great huh:);)

This may be a dumb questions, but if you have a Ferrari, why do you still have a PII 450?? Seems if you had that kind of dough, a faster computer would not be an issue LOL.

They said if i'm upgradeing that I should look for a DDr motherboard but don't the DDR motherboards come with Raid?? I know that you can turn it off but I want to know.

Must be nice.
No you can get a DDR board without RAID and if you get one with RAID it doesn't mean you have to use RAID. I have a KT7AR (has RAID) and don't use the RAID functionality. I do like the extra IDE support and make use of those.
