Question about upgrading my bios

I currently have my 2500 Mobile at 2.5 ghz P95 stable. Now currently, i have the bios that came with the board. If i were to get a better bios version, would i be able to get a better overclock? And if getting a better bios would help in OCing, which bios would u guys recommend?

from what ive been reading the d23 subzero bios where u can find here http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=284605 is giving most people better results. good luck.
