Could someone please set a standard for all these 3d scores because frankly i`ve seen some and I just dont beleive them. Sorry ppl but I must say that I think ppl are either turning things on or of just to show off higher scores.

People could be playing, but the scores are greatly determined by (2) things:

1--CPU -- the faster the better

2--Video Card -- the faster the better

I have found that, when I have a system running properly, my scores compare very well with others with the same CPU/video card. Next time you benchmark, takes your scores online / use the results browser.

Are you talking about the settings of the program used to get the benchmark? On the 3DMark programs the standard seems to be to leave everything at default. I think those have a "default test" button too.
