OK, I finally went out and bought the stuff.
I got:
TBird 1.33 AYHJA-9
Epox 8K7A
256 Crucial DDR
Swiftech MC462

Please, someone tell me this was a wise decision. I need to be reassured... is the AYHJA a good overclocking chip?
Oh and by the way, is it normal for the chip to be unlocked already? Because the L1's aren't cut! Is this blind luck or what?

I think so as long as you don't get horrible 5V rail results like alot of people I've seen.

I got a 8K7A+ and a 1.4 weekend before last and it does 1.6 at default voltage. My 5V is constantly between 4.91V-4.98.

Swiftech is great for that. I'll be getting in an SK6 on Monday as I can't keep mine cool at all with a Glaciator or ThermoEngine.

Mine's an AHYJA as well with a Y stepping. As I found out, the 1.33 and 1.4s are factory unlocked so you're good to go.

The Crucial should be able to get you well into the 150s and maybe in the 160s and that 1/5 and 1/6 divisor rocks. I have to get some better memory (came as a package deal with the board at the fair I bought it at) to get mine to run at CAS2 150Mhz+

Good choice in my opinion.
