I just installed a new watercooling system, and now it won't boot. I just get a 2 tone siren. This apparently means the temps are too high, or voltage problems. Now I've reset the BIOS, so it has to be the temps. How could they be too high if the computer is off? Could I have crushed the core on my Barton 2500+?

The mod didn't work. I cleaned the CPU, reseated it, and nothing. It'll come on for like a second, and then the siren comes on. I think I'm gonna try the video card and RAM now.

Effin' eh. The core was crushed and NewEgg won't RMA it. So I just ordered a new Mobile 2400, a shim, and some AS5.

Fetty Cold Touch waterblock. I love it, but it's cumbersome. And thanks for the tip. I'll definately check first.
