SCSI gurus I need help with 29160

Hi,

I need help with the termination settings on an Adaptec 29160.

On the 160 LVD chain I have only 1 HDD with termination on cable ID0

On the 50 pin (SE chain ?) Going from the 29160 --> 12x cd burner ID4 NOT Terminated --> Iomega ZIP ID2 Terminated

On the 68 pin (SE chain ?) I have 1 40x WIDE scsi cdrom ID3 NOT terminated cable has terminator.

There are termination settings in the config utility, they are set AUTO

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am getting strange results burning on the fly.

I guess I should add;

all connections are with the internal connectors.
parity off on all devices (as it was when they were working fine)

Last time I checked on an older SCSI card only one of the internal connectors should be used at the same time, unless it is a multi-channel card. You may want to check the manual to see what it says about your controller.
