Recommend 4 Athlon 64 with Nforce3 Mainboard

Any good Nforce chipset Mainboard for Athlon 64 ??

Hi all,
I need a good, integrated board with onboard Nforce Video/sound and I was looking at either the
1 . ASUS A7N8XVM-400 Socket A nForce2 or
2. Abit NF7-M Socket A/nForce2/DDR400/8X AGP/A&V&L/ATX
3. Chaintech 7NIF2 Socket A/nForce2/8X AGP/V/A/L/MATX

but on a second thought, I would love to get a hand on an AMD Athlon64 so would you please suggest which board has good Nforce3 and sound for Athlon64?

I'm not planning on OC on any new board at this time.
