which memory is best

which memory would compliment my system more, current system is:-

DFI Lanparty NFII Ultra B
AMD *Retail* Athlon XP 3200+ *400 FSB* Barton (2.20GHz)

i've ordered both of these one was accidental but since it's coming I'll use it in system #2

Memory #2

if these are below par i'd also like suggestions on what memory I should obtain

They're about the same. The XMS should give you a bit more of a boost. That seems really high priced for either of those, though. Especially for pc3200....

where would you suggest buying memory from ?
