New mobos are going to be coming out with next-gen technology (and next-gen case designs) in the next 12 months. If you can you should really wait to build your next computer until after all the new tech has arrived.

I think that the Mushkin "222 Special" is their BH-6 chip based RAM. BH-6 and CH-5 are the replacements for the older and less profitable BH-5 RAM chip (which was the best OC'ing RAM chip).

EDIT: Elaboration. If you're on a tight budget now is the time to buy. When the new tech comes it's going to be EXPENSIVE. However, even on mid-sized budgets the performance gains and future-proofness of the next-gen tech will far-outweight most budgetary concerns.

Allright. I guess Ill wait till after christmas, thing is my dell is crapping up on me now. It killed my 512mb stick, now ive got 256mb ram only, i get blue screen of death like 30 mins after boot, and ive reinstalled xp pro 5 times, it works fine for a day, then something happens and my i get "169.254.*.*" ip for some reason and no way to fix it to get internet back, i use a router and the other pc's have internet so the router is fine. I dont know if ill be able to wait 1 yr+ , i mean... :/
