your take on this refurbed buffalo ram

i know someone who bought this and was wondering if anyone knows if this is good ram (the good ol' bh5 buffalo stuff) or ch5 or whatever. thanks!!!

ok, the link is now dead, but from the product description it was labelled Buffalo pc3700 512mb "with Winbond Module." Anyone know what's up?

It could be bh5, but from what I heard newegg did say Buffalo chip contain winbond module even though it had already been depleted quite some time ago, so may be they forget to change it once again?

I have bought buffalo ram before. It was all ch-5 chips.
