Need More Ram, Heres My Setup

I got a P4 2.6c on an Abit AI7 , and I need to get the best/most memory I can for $150 or less. I DO NOT overclock so I just need ram that is good for default speed. I got 2x256 HyperX PC3200 the K2, was thinking about getting the 2x256 HyperX PC3200 KA2, would that work fine in dual channel?

If OC'in isnt a concern or timmings then get some Komusa Pc3200 A-data selected 2*256 for $110...This is so if you ever decide to take a Swing at Overclocking then you have some smokin RAM!!! Not literally

Is A-Data a good brand?
