Bios updates

Hey, i'm pretty new to the forum, but just to advise, no warn on the bios revision 1010 for the a7n8x-e mobo, I updated to the version and it totally *&^%$$ my PC, blue screen error's after posting anyway's all fine now went back to revision 1008

just wondering if anybody else experienced this?

fx 5700ultra 534 core 971 mem
80g maxtordiamond9 sata
lite-on dvd re-writer
win xp home

nope no probs at all ....

and ive used all of them just to see if there was any difference ...i found none
