Unknown 2-3-3-6 ram?

I have never heard of this ram before... but a dual channel kit that claims 2-3-3-6 timings for only $130

anyone know if these claims are true?

pc2700 claiming 2-2-2-5, probably the same stuff badged as pc2700

just google for a couple reviews, looks good for the price, can run it's rated speed and oc a little also, looks like they use ch5 chips.
