That's pretty much the heart of your boot files. If it's crapping out then you've got either a hard drive or controller too far out of spec. Usually doesn't happen on just multiplier overclocking.

These are the errors that hold back overclocking and render an overclock useless... that's when you know to back off the speed until you don't get the error.

My PC gets that same error at 161 FSB, but at 160 works fine.
