I have seen a cheap HSF that has a 4550rpm fan to give 32CFM. The fan is lw power and quiet. While a Delta has over 6000rpm, 38CFM, and noisy.
Is it work getting the HSF with the 32CFM for an AMD 1.4GHz CPU? The actual HSF is a ThermalTake Volcano 5.0 (aluminum HS).
I will not be overclocking, but want to run as cool as possible without spending too much or a lot of noise.
Thanks,
Forrest Gump
P.S. I have additional case cooling with a fan in front and in back.
