interesting weird problem.. i need help, please

just got done putting my newly modded ic7 and pretested 2.4c i recently bought,that runs 3.7 together. to my dismay, the cpu quit at 295 no matter what ratio(3/2 5/4 or 1-1) i used with my adata hyperram. well needless to say, i figured it was my mb or cpu,got disgusted and decided to bang my head against the wall..however b4 banging the head, i threw in some of my trusty bh6 ,set the ratio to 3/2 and to my shock and amazement the cpu ran to about 3820(almost 320 fsb on air) WOW!, b4 it locked up.. now i know the ic7's are kinda finiky and wont run at ALL with some ram at different ratio's but this prob is weird and different cause no matter what ratio i use with this ram, it works- but only to 295.
What the H#LL is happening? any ideas? Cause ,i sure dont...
