Hey everyone, I've had this Radeon 9700 Pro 4 a long time now, I've had volt-mods on the VGPU and VDD for about as long as i've had this thing. But there's one anoying thing about this card, THE RAM SUX because it's the "9500" w/ the Infineon RAM. Anyways, I've had the VDD @ about 3.2 for about a year now... and the card is just fine, In the past I'v decided to push it up to about 4volts! but even that only gave me ~375Mhz 750DDR but it's a lot better than the ~340Mhz I've been using forever.
My question: What is the highest "safe" voltage to give the RAM on this card?
Safe meaning: wont kill the memory overnight, I do have ramsinks on the RAM and a old 1Ghz T-Bird heatsink on the GPU
