What is the most compatible Vcore setting for the AMD Athlon 1.2GHz CPU (not overclocked, yet :))?
And what would be a reasonable temp? (in celcius)

That is not an easy question to answer. The voltage, not overclocked will be 1.75v. The temp will depend on many factors - ambient temps, case temps, heatsink/fan.
With my system, when my 1.2 was not overclocked - sitting at 1.75v Vcore, with a Hedgehog HS and Delta 38cfm fan, ambient temp of 21c , my idle temp was 24c , and load (running SETI) 29c .

Results vary upon the conditions.

I set the Vcore to 1.7 and in the ASUS PC Probe it shows a minimum value of 1.79 and higher. Sould I try to lower the voltage any farther, because I didn't have any effect on the CPU temp.
