choosing a good 2500+ mobile

I can choose a chip almost right off the assembly line (was built 2 weeks ago or a chip from year 03 week 32. I'll be putting it into a nf7-s also right off the assembly line and I was wondering which chip had more chance of OCing better

I did look at it but the newer one is not included so I was wondering if someone could tell me...actual stepping is:

AQYHA 0414 TPAW

I followed the links but even on the AMD site that stepping is not present...

More people seem to have had better results with the older ones, actually, some even hitting up and around 2.8Ghz on air.
