Where do you find this stuff. I have called home depot and they have a spray but no a liquid. Who carries this stuff? Is there another name for it. And will the spray work?

silicon grease. you can usually get it at an electronic part place or get it a an auto store. It used for lubicating your spark plug wire boots

automotive store has it under dielectric grease. make sure that you get non conductive and not just silicone grease.

Yup, a local one is your best bet. The places like Auto Zone and all that probably won't have it but the small "Mom and Pop" place will. Thats where I found it here.
