i have this posted in the watewr cooling bit also but as the unit i am looking at has apeltier in it also i thught that 1 of u guys might have seen something similar before..... so if u could have a look at THIS (http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=289226) thread then that would be great.

Looks to me, liek it cools the water with a peltier which is then cooled by that heatsink and fan.

Judging by that heatinsk and fan, it won't work very well at all. Like, worse temps than stock air I'm gonna geuss.

turns out that unit was used to cool a laser cutter tip and would have worked very well! but i missed it on ebay - it only went for about 25 Euro :(
