How can I perm flash the speeds into this card, is it possible ?

are you trying to make the card boot up at certain overclocking level?

if you are, then most overclocking programs (rad linker is one good example) already has such built-in function, and hard flash is not required ..

i don't think 9500pro can be flashed to any other card tho ..

Well at the moment i have it flashed so I can overclock it. I use pstrip so when windows loads up it will overclock then.. but im just trying to find a way so that it can stay at these speeds (330/310) no matter the OS...

This program will do it for you, though my 3DMark score went down after I flashed it to the custom BIOS it made (even at the same clocks) so I've flashed mine back to it's original BIOS.

Thank you very muchly. Btw does 14000 seem about right for pc in 3dmark ?
