Check pricewatch.com (http://www.pricewatch.com). Software - Operating Systems - Windows Millenium Edition. If I read it right, the lowest full version is at DirectDeals.com for $70. Cheaper than that will be warez... but it will cost you a lot more when they catch you. :)

If you have any upcoming computer fairs locally, you can always check there. Sometimes you can get pretty good deals.

I will search pricewatch and see if I can find anything.

We do have a computer show (Marketpro) that comes almost every month! I have not yet seen very extream deals.
