I can go higher with increased voltage, but this is a great balance between performance and heat. Running a DFI Ultra Infinity II, Geil golden dragon memory 2x 256 (hate the mem it sux but cant afford new ram for some time), Thermalright 900a with a TMD fan and artic silver 5. For my gaming I installed a Radeon 9800pro. This system does everything I need it to, I love the motherboard and these mobile CPUs are just awesome.
Vcore 1.75 in bios, Mem is at 2.8, all other voltage settings are at default.
System hangs around 26 to 30C
CPU usually idles around 35 and goes up to around 42 at load.
