If anyone has one of these, maybe you are aware that the bios after 1.6 include a patch that turns your 1.1Ghz cpu into a 500-600Mhz crap machine do to toshibas crappy heatsink. I have put arctic alumina on mine and cleaned the heatsink so it no longer reaches very high temps. Does anyone have one with the 1.6 bios still installed, or know where I can get the 1.6 bios? Toshiba's site does not have this anymore. I could try and find an active lawsuit and join, but at the end you ussually just get $250 from toshiba and since me laptop is from ebay, i probally cant join.
