i noticed that temps were around 30deg (normally runs sub temps)
with chilled h20 at -10deg running through the maze4-1 226w tec, so i had a look at the current draw on the tec was nil.
so i checked power supply and had power so i decided to remove tec

when i was putting heat sink back on some of the insulation got under heat sink so wasn’t touching correctly.

so when i booted the thing just kept crashing.
happened about 4 times,
so i though it must be the heat sink so i need to remount.
did this booted, then i was getting check sum error and boot fail messages when it tried to load the cd roms
so i rebooted again, it happened again.
this time i switched the hole system off and flashed bios.
rebooted and now nothing

computer starts and i get a post code hex code of C1( a little diagnostics count onboard motherboard.)
in the manual this code represents
detect memory error
-auto-detection of DRAM size, type and ECC
-Auto-detection of L2 cache (socket 7 or below)
I have tried another cpu and still nothing, I even tried another power supply.
I tried removing 1 stick of ram (have two) tried in all of the slots.
then tried the other in all threee slots
Cause the system boots and display goes to sleep, im suspect of the video car too.
if i boot the computer with out the vdieo card i still get the same message

But more than likely I have a dead mother board.
It’s there any way I can get a new bios for it somehow?

Ok I wrote to epox and they send me the follow instructions (see below)

Dear sir

Please try to clear CMOS as next steps to test:

1. plug out power cable in mother board
2. push power button for 10 seconds let mother board electric leakage completely
3. remove battery and short "+" , "-" for 3 seconds
4. move JCMOS jumper from 1-2 to 2-3 for 3 seconds
5. return JCMOS jumper to 1-2 and return battery
6. plug in power cable and power on system
7. power on and load optimized default to save to CMOS in BIOS

If not ok,Please contact local dealer for checking.

Its good to know that he helped.
Did this, first time I got c2 error
Did it again, it was ok, then went to overclock and it crashed, so I did it all again and the same thing happened.
I was nearly going to load a fresh copy of windows, then the hole thing stopped working. (like it was getting no power at all)
So I stripped it all down and put the whole system back to normal, checked the switch on button on the case it was all working ok, tried another power supply. So in the end I gave up and went to bed.
It the morning I tried again and it turned on this morning for some weird reason not sure why, but now I just get the FF, so I think I need a new board.
